Amigo Mike, ECHO

When I posted on Friday I did not have a lot of time to post my thoughts on what I like about ECHO. They are into Internet Commerce. They actually have sales and earned .05 for the year that ended Sept 30th. Profit margin has increased the last 4 quarters from 2.4, 5.8, 6.6 and this quarter 8.9%. There has been some insider buying the last year under a dollar. Their bankcard and transaction processing revenue increased 17% from 16M to 18.7M in the last year. They have around 15M shares with a 8.6M float.

Two of their competitors:
OMKT(20 3/4)
CNKT(6 1/8)
Are not making money. Also blew through the roof last week as you probably saw.

Last Friday they traded 1.6M shares. If the interent craze continues I would expect people to rotate out of some of the big winners and move towards the ones that have not moved that much yet. Plus I see the down side as 1/2 point or so and the upside as ????. Not too many investments I have made were I can say that.

Given all of the above I actually bought the stock more on the internut craze than fundamentals. Going and looking at the fundamentals after the fact I am not worried. Take a look at their latest news release if you are interested.
