Baldur,

Understand completely...things turned from bad to worse. Plus too many warning signals are going off. It would have been nice if they could have held their ground and moved forward without having to issue shares, but I think it comes down to a lack of business acumen and overall mental laziness on management's part. When they know they have an escape route (i.e. authorized of 500 million), they will tend to procrastinate and drag the process along. Along the way, so they shaft the shareholders again...big deal. The option of the bridge loan was there for them to take at the October 26th court date....they chose to ignore it in the lofty name of another court-approved extension. I'm coming to think that MPTV has been less a vehicle for Vellema to develop the Lake Tropicana, Rancho Mirage and Kona Beach properties...and more to do with paying himself a stable salary and relieving himself of several hundred thousand dollars in debt owed to Reefshare International. Regardless, I will stick with it for the time being as I feel there is still money to be made, but I do not plan on hanging around for the RS and will only buy back in at a later date IF the price tanks accordingly and I see some definite/positive sales numbers. It is a pity that they lacked the internal fortitude required to take a stand and truly turn the company around. I guess some people are destined to simply let the chips effortlessly fall where they may, while others are more willing to seize the day and stand firm on certain principles...especially when one says they will.

As for the link, yes I have seen it. It is in one of the messages at the beginning of the thread. Message 5401982

Will the stock "recover".....the answer is yes, but the next question is where to? .01, .02, .05....Sure, it's possible. But I am unconvinced that the original seller from September and October is gone. Further, we will face another 100 million shares soon enough, compliments of our CEO. I don't doubt for an instance they will be dumping these shares into the first sign of any real buying that comes along or the first bit of solid news. It is the same old story, with the same old threat....it was either this or bankruptcy. Pure and utter nonsense, and they know it.

Prov

Alas, your big seller, the financier......also PROV stated.....Curley has used this company to enrich himself and to rid himself of debt, while keeping the dream alive, knowing full well that he can always do a reverse split and issue himself a bunch of options that would give him control again....
