No one ever lost out taking a profit. Hold that thought. You want a house, take the money and run. There will be other stocks and other opportunities.

Good answer! I guess I'm greedy -- when I see a stock moving to new highs I like to ride it until there are clear signs of a top.

But a house is a much better investment than NETA in the long term (not to mention a nicer place to live). I hope the market stays healthy and you hit your target!
