Your BAMM experience is an extreme example of why I try to never chase a stock. A milder example would be buying a stock that you've watch go up a ton in a short time (days...weeks) only to find that the top does exist and you just bought it.
That's why I concentrate on getting in before a move. Albeit, most of my effort is toward trying to get the timing just right. It ain't easy (except for lately) and breakdowns can be nasty since the charts just before a move can get wound very tightly. But it's better than running down the street throwing money into speeding traffic in hopes that your cash will find a seat to land on before the demolition derby starts. >>gg<<

Oh and BTW, after checking out OPEN I see that its 3 dRSI has already been pasted for 2 days. Even though the price chart doesn't have the outward appearance of a formula I car, it's exceeding the speed limit for now.
