Dr. Harvey: It is hard to take seriously a company that doesn't file 10-K's, 10-Q, or any other information with the SEC. You say DCHT is undervalued, but how can we tell that if we don't know how many shares it has outstanding? Maybe its market cap is US$3 billion like Ballard. Until the company reveals information about itself (and I don't mean just on its website - I mean audited financials submitted to the SEC) any sensible investor has to stay away.
