I think the "best efforts" rule applies.

You should check your agreement with Schwab (it was probably part of the application). It will state procedures for dispute resolution.

it doesn't matter what discount broker you use...from a to z, trading with them is like trading blind folded and unless you are a very good trader you will in the long run get screwed real bad.....lots of dirty little secrets with all of them.
