I say folds. Two reasons:

first, I believe he said arrange, (or words to that effect), which is easier to do if you fold. Secondly, if you roll your socks up in those little balls, you could have a compulsion to throw them real hard at somebody who is making fun of you. He's made no mention of wanting to throw his socks. He's still asleep, so we can make fun of him now and see if he throws his socks at us. If he does, and they are rolled into balls, my theory is screwed.

BTW, Robert thinks you have the ability to drive socks down, and I had an idea. Drive Mr. B's socks down to the next lower drawer. If they get smushed in there really hard, he'll be unable to open the drawer.

P.S.S.: Auric's post made me laugh really hard. You can get away with calling someone a specific kind of animal. Good people would be like...uh...like a nice bird or something, and bad ones would be like...uh...like a bug or an ugly thing in the ocean like a jellyfish or even some kind of grouper or something. No. It has to be small. Like a plankton. Yeah, that's it. Or some kind of tiny spore. Yeah.
