After NY closed yesterday the boys sold it off in Toronto.JMHO.

G.D: Because of next week's election,Xchange rates are fluctuating wildly. IMO,this may have opened up a new trading oppurtunity to add to the volatility.

Glenn: I noticed the same spread, it offers an interesting little arbitrage play. I think the decline in Newbridge late in the day was related to the reversal in the TSE 300, which was up earlier but fell late in the day once New York shut down. New York was already closed so there was no way to close this gap.
