I am glad you were able to take the most innocuous piece of Kerry's comments to circle back to where you wanted this to go... sorry to disappoint you but I did not manipulate Kerry... in fact, I asked YOU the question.... I was looking for an honest answer to my question, and feel that I got one from Kerry. I thought his response was quite refreshing and appreciated it; to get an answer void of compulsion to purposely slam the company. The auditors may have returned a qualified audit, which simply means that there were some pieces of the audit that they (BDOS) either couldn't or wouldn't sign off on. This is not uncommon , even for very large companies. The company might have responded by trying to clear whatever points were qualified, again not uncommon. #reply-6589830 I think you would be a great source of information because of your background, however, your personal vengeance has clouded any objective response you submit to public post in regards to EDII. I don't recall ANY of your posts even hinting that MANY, or ANY companies have to qualify statements in their financials...rather, you will make suggestive and misleading comments to direct the reader to conclude that the company is anything but being on "the up and up"...You can search edgar all you want, but there is obviously a problem with the disclosure . If it is with the accountants which you have repeatedly stated, why won't they sign off . #reply-6559487I still have no reason to change my opinions concerning EDII. #reply-6584175 and what might they be?.... I'd hazard to guess they are not positive... and this makes you an unlikely source for obtaining objective information. For some reason, you are unable to produce a statement regarding EDII without a negative twist on it. You must consider yourself the self appointed judge and jury, and you have reached a verdict before the trial is even over.Keep this up and you are likely to be titled: "Keeper of the overly optimistic yet unrealistic interpretations" between what people call you and this option... I would elect this option.... without hesitation!........... but you are the unrealistic one if you really think this of me.... Do I have an optimistic outlook on life?... you bet... am I unrealistic? .... not hardly... I just don't rush to judgement...
