Hi Paul:

Thanks for your response. As you said in your post (I don't know how to cut and paste and italicize and bold ,etc), there is good news on DELL almost every day and stock price does not move. This is what worries me most. If DELL has temporarily bad news like CPQ had last year, and DELL falters, then I understand its current behavior. However, with all good news on DELL, it's still not moving. Again, I think there is something that we don't know. I am a firm believer that market is, despite of all its imperfection, the smartest entity of all. I don't believe the analysts' assessment that any stock is either undervalued or overvalued over the long term period (a few week could be a long term). Any stock price is fairly priced at any given point of time.

Also, remember that we are here to make money. I am not interested in running a company. If DELL's management is doing a good job and rewards its share holder, then I am very happy. If not, I am ready to move on to find other promising companies (I have AOL and YHOO). Thanks. B.J.
