Hi Thanh Dao:Good points. Although buying puts seem a lot easier to do than getting stock to short on these high flying net stocks. Wow you are right they are EXPENSIVE. Do you have any net stocks that you are watching?Long or Short.

TD, I have not bought recently. I was buying puts on the IIX most of the Summer, but now have none on internet stocks. I expect the insanity to continue a while longer as too many people are aware of it. After a bit of capitulation by bears and others with 3 digit IQs -g-, I will buy puts and psot the specific ones on my thread. But, right now, I am still looking for more Xmas lies to keep the herd in stampede mode.

thanh dao, when buying puts check out implied volatility vs. historic
volatility and only select those in the lower ranges when buying ITM's with deltas above 55 and as a further screen try to find puts where there is exceptional open interest in the way out of the money
calls for a good contrarian indicator. You can find this data at
www.optionsanalysis.com with a little work. Also while at that site
visit the main page for stocks and go to the bottom of the list for
ideas about cheap options.
