Not likely. Although he will likely score a majority based on the polls, he doesn't appear to have the support from these same voters to move on to a referendum. Most Canadian news agencies are very quick to point this out. Bouchard continues to say that he will undertake a referendum only when all the ducks are in line to win. This is clearly not the case. In any event, if his party gets re-elected there will still be some impact.
