Sonki,..Re:.so i m having hard time w. the difference what am i missing? Ask them what exactly the additional Sony 19" monitor is going to display and how it is physically connected. Ask them if it can display graphical price data from one source while at the same time the notebook is displaying SI screens without a separate connection. As for price difference, like everything else, you get what you pay for. I know this is a trite answer, but being a Dell shareholder and also being aware that Dell has won the customer service and reliability awards for the past 2 years (from PC MAG), maybe this explains the cost difference. Seems a big difference to explain though.<g> Regards, Lee
