Little Joe: At this point in time, Madison's management team is not really interested in taking this to production. This could be a very large project, and would require a j/v with a major, at the very least. On the contrary, it is most likely that they will aim to prove up a large resource, and then ultimately sell out at a substantial premium from the current price. They do have a poison pill in place, and so are not likely to sell the company cheap. With a better gold market, this stock could have a dramatic move. It is at present, my favorite junior resource play. Regards Dan
