I agree that the options premiums are way too high. You either had to have bot the options before the increase in volatility, or wait for the stock price to stabilize (but I'm not sure if that will happen). I got a 100% return on EGGS calls in one day on the second day of its move. Back then (only a few days ago) the premiums were reasonable. Actually, I just checked some EGGS PUTs and they are not as unreasonably priced as some of the others.

RE: NET OPTIONS : INSTEAD IFLY OR AMEN WARRANTS

Try the warrants instead. Net calls and puts have outrageous implied volatility driving their prices up and making them extremely risky.

Worse, if the stock levels off, the options out of the money go to zero. A loss of the whole investment.

But a few net stocks like AMEN and IFLY have warrants. IFLYW, AMENW. IFLYW are like calls but they do not expire until 2003 !!
Also, the strike price is 6 1/4. IFLY has recently broken out strongly on 10x normal volume, and the warrants will appreciate like calls without much of the risk of calls.

AMEN stock was up 100% Friday, but the AMENW were up 430%

IMO, warrants are a way to get the benefits of calls without paying the exorbitant implied volatility premiums....
