Anyone: Prior to committing funds to LU, I would like to know which scenario best describes LU's capability in respect of Large scale High speed non-wireless Enterprise Networks such as those for Power/Postal Services.

a: Has very little capability.
b: Has extensive capability and has won more Contracts as Primary Contractor than anyone else.
c: Is mainly a Sub-Contractor to Primary Contractors such as ASND and NN.
