Well I'm back from my vacation. I made a few phone calls to some of my friends who also hold a great deal of ABMI shares. Consensus seems to be that ABMI will be able to achieve financing with terms that will benefit all current shareholders.

Stuart Bockler's buy recommendation was seen by CNN Fn viewers.

R&D is ongoing as finances allow. Research on the Omnifilter is being done at Southwest Research Institute:

swri.edu

This is going to be the company's pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. In my opinion it is because of the potential of the Omnifilter that ABMI will be able to acquire more funding in a manner that we will be very happy about as long term shareholders.

The key here is money. Once the company has enough cash on hand .18 will be nothing but a bad memory. Well it could be a good one for those buying at these levels.

Regards, Jeff

Coffin Communications probably said the meeting would be in December because there was a meeting in November 1996 at the Company's offices and a meeting in 1997 right before Christmas at, I believe, an attorneys office on the East coast. The fact that the Company has delayed their meeting to about May of next year is in line
with their not issuing a press release for the 3rd quarter results. There's nothing to say. The Company says that LaSalle has lost their "exclusivity rights" to their transaction and they are pursuing alternative means of financing. It would be interesting to find out who the warrants were reserved for. There should be some kind of agreement with some entity that will eventually be an exhibit to a filed document and we'll know then. If there is an agreement in place now I'm not sure why it was not filed as an exhibit to the 3rd quarter 10-Q unless the Company has deemed it immaterial.
