GGNC - The officers of the company have LasVegas gaming experience. Do your own DD. I thought the same as you till I did my own research.

Personally, I really like the idea of internet gaming and it sounds like a great growth area. However, I have to admit feeling a little worried.

Since you have done some research, maybe you can put some of my fears to rest. Here are the main points I hear people worry about:

1) If I gamble on line, I obviously have to pay in advance. It is an impulse purchase and sending a check to pay for a play obviously takes takes too long. I assume using a credit card is the way it is done. But giving my credit card number to a gambling house sounds very risky. How are these fears handled?

2) It does seem that all the activity takes place off-shore. In this circumstance it would seem much easier to "cook the books" because US regulators are not "on the scene" to check the business out. It also seems much easier for the business to "go under" on a second's notice. How are these problems addressed?

- Franz
