i did not realize that 1.58m is only 17.7% and that the outstanding shares of UBID is expected to be 8.92m.

Excellent analysis guys,thanks a million,I think that should clear up any misunderstanding people have about the valuation (and/or relationship between the two)of MALL and UBID.I am sure many newcomers and potnential investors will be greatful.
