Steve you need to do more DD..you are 100% wrong UBID is offering 17.7 % shares to public that 1.6 million shares that means MALL has 82.3 % or 7.4 million shares a total shares about 9 million. It almost a buck for a buck thats where the .71 comes into play 8.9 / 10.2 million = 87 % * 82.3% = about 71%...... so thats 71 bucks plus 10 for MALL equals 81 bucks....get it..... brush up on your math kid and read a little more.........
