I'm not the expert on NAVR, but everywhere you look there is a mention of NAVR on SI and YAHOO threads. Stocks is hot, stock advanced 100% on Friday on 21,000,000 shares traded, float is 6.5 million, over 6% held by institutions and over 1,300,000 shorts in this stock.
