Chuck- If you were so intelligent, you'd answer the questions within five minutes. I don't own a share, and I can tell you who the auditor and transfer agent are supposedly according to GIC page. I say purportedly because no contact information is given. GIC assumed correctly that no naive neophyte such as yourself would actually do any real research and sniff this crap out. I also got contact #'s , webpages, and addresses to for both the purported auditor and transfer agent independently....and you won't like what I found out. Thus any intelligent and educated investor can quickly surmise that you are a fool. z
