It would depend on the sector. This is mainly a TECH thread, so the big techs are mostly at new highs, but what about the BANKS, TRANSPORTs, RUT. Fortunately, of the very few I advised who did get out, they were mainly in the financials/cyclicals as core holdings and a few small caps. They partially got back in the high 8000's but mainly missed a good portion of the run up but if they held they would be at a substantial losses still.

I have to admit that this is the strongest upswing I could have imagined.
