The problem with Builders is cyclical demand leaves few with a consistent earning flow. While the aging baby boomers are a growth industry for the custom home market, if the financial markets hits the skids the dream house does take it in the shorts. Given this background we should have enough steam though the 1st couple quarter to make clpo a worth while hold if only in the short term. (I've been in the industry for 20+ years)
