glen, that writer is a dolt. he says he shops online b/c of price. then he neglects to mention the shop bots that show amzn rarely has the lowest price (you know, the very reason he shops the net ;-). he says he doesn't enjoy b&n as much as amzn. well, would you tell him he can use amzn's site for free and still buy at the lowest priced bookstore - he obviously isn't intelligent enough to figure this out himself. he did figure out he can browse at a brick store and buy from amzn. kind of surprised he didn't make the minuscule leap in logic.

using one example of a calendar that b&n didn't have (how long did he have to try and find that one ;-) to justify only shopping at amzn is a joke. if amzn has the availability and price then go with amzn. if not, go elsewhere. it is that easy on the net.

this guy is just trying to justify the current extraordinary inebriation in amzn the stock's market place. it can't be justified. a stock split is not worth $3+ billion (or the market cap of b&n).
