To get on NASDAQ national board they need a $50 mill.U.S. market cap.and a min. 1.1 mill. public share float ($15 mill.U.S. value of public float) and $5.00 U.S bid effective MAR.98.

Check your math!

With 32 mill.shares outstanding plus warrants all they have to do is consolidate 1 for 2 or 1 for 3 and they qualify,

An incorrect interpretation of the NASDAQ listing rules..please re-read. Of course (as a contrarian) your thoughts are that the stock "won't rise" to the value needed, they must be reverse split to meet the price. which is to be expected!!

With options /warrants didn't Yorkton get something like 6 to 8 mill. shares. This looks like a typical pump and dump,we shall see.

I would stay away from this stock then..especially if they start auctioning "tires"!! that should be your first indicator!!! Why don't we also compare this to Cartaway Resources!! Cartaway screwed up on visuals on the drill core!! Could it be that the internet is a "phatom visual"!! The nice thing about this little stock is that "if" the internet stocks investors finally start to be concerned about P/E...the Canadian stocks will be the last to react downward...just as they were last to react upward!!

As a contrarian to your view...I propose we look at Microsoft as a more valid comparator...at least its sort of "teckie" certainly more so than Smart Tire. Just out of curiousity why would you not pick another Internet or Internet/Auction stock?? Is it because we are legitimately undervalued compared to them?? I thought so!

Appreciate your contribution!

>>>This looks like a typical pump and dump,we shall see.<<<

Doug,
This statement is so grossly inaccurate it hurts to read. I looked over your posts since July and the only companies or industry you are concerned with is Y2K....fine....I agree that Y2K brings with it opportunities. But PLEASE....you are on a Canadian thread with MANY knowledgeable ( I don't claim to be one of them ) people who know what a " pump and dump ". We have been through many of them I assure you Doug and to jump on this thread and say this is " typical " frankly shows how little you know about a pump and dump.
But...if you want to play with some real pump and dumps....just ask for the tickers......you'll get back hundreds of replies....but NONE will say BII/tse
