Is it true that TCTV only has cash of $3,000 available and debt/equity ratio of 1.86? What does above data indicate? Is it a serious problem?

stockguy, I was viewing the site (www.5thAvenueChannel.com), and when I tried to search for a particular item in the superstore, I received the message "file not found." Is this my computer or the site? I'd like to see how the site works before investing.
