Even worse judgement (not actually yours, Limtex) was to suggest that the French should be towing the British line since the Brits supported one particular politician (de Gaulle). Has anyone ever heard of a hundred year war? Occupation of Bretagne? Jeanne d'Arc? Waterloo? World Cup of 1998? French have given lot to the world. Think about the French letters, French kisses and French lingerie. Plus, who could seriously argue with the concept of French maids? - rajala
