I believe that the CD bull who was on the show is the renowned stock picker John Dessauer.

It was John Dessauer, who publishes Investors World. He recommended the stock in the 20s, before news of the accounting fiasco broke. He continued to recommend it, even after it plunged into single digits. I bought, partially on his recommendation, when it was around 10. He has said in his newsletter that he thinks the stock is valued at 40 or so and expects it to be 25 within twelve months as I recall.
