Dear Alex... allow me a few unsolicited comments re: your post. I can't tell you when or at what price to sell, or to hold. However it seems to me that many holders of SUNW (I am one also)are now spooked by success. When SUNW was not faring well (not too long ago) we all said "we are long term holders and the technology is great", "SUNW will one day be recognized for the cutting edge company it is" etc etc and we held on. Now it it subjected to sometimes baffling UPWARD spikes (pleasant but mind boggling nonetheless) and some of us are wondering when to bale out or more shockingly, when to short it. If you liked SUNW two months ago you should love it now. Even if it backs off in the next few weeks OR months this is the stock to hold....again, that's what we said two months ago. BELIEVE IT OR NOT WE MAY HAVE BEEN PROVEN RIGHT!!! JMHO.... don't be spooked by success. Good luck to one and all. One of the many things that I have to be thankful for is that I can give my attention to SUNW and other stock issues and not have any REAL life problems!! End of speech

Alex, no need to fall in love w. the stock. What's love got do with it? who needs a heartache when heart can be broken...oh oh.. what's love got to do with it.... ------------------------------ now listen ...read the bold part. cuz u will see lot of people looking at workstation revenue.. instead of server margins and try and twist things. Sun Management had analyst meeing. Mer Lynch is behind this stock. Does anyone know ties between ML analyst for Sunw and scott? People are in disbelief and lack understanding of sunw products. Sun management is not stupid. You will see. sunw makes incredible amount of PROFITS from servers $1m. does not care much for revenue from workstations Low end products are only provided so they can support broard spectrum of users. Mony is made in serveres. Tell me who has 64way cluster capability. ISP need reliable servers. wait till Y2k comes along. U will see. I am telling you not only most analysts don't understand sunw but even some of the most technical folks on SI do not understand sunw cuz sunw is not in the consumer business (yet). Also SI folks do not understand "business" aspects.
