$3 is only remaining requirement for TRIBY to get nasdaq market listing unless they have changed the requirement recently ... as far as funds/inst are concerned, $100 Mil market cap is where many funds/inst draw the line on even considering taking a stake in a small company ... TRIBY's acquisitions combined with an HMO contract for UNIGOLD products could get them there quickly (no, I'm not aware of any pending HMO negotiations but don't understand why several HMO's aren't BEATING down TRIBY's door for the cost savings that could be achieved with their products) ...
