I don't know about MarketTrack98. But Signal Online does not provide Lev II for OTC. I guess if you don't trade non listed stocks thats ok but you never know. I currently use pcquote.com they run around $300 bucks a month but you get all the exchanges. I'm also looking into a complete package (Brokrage & LevII) that N2GROWTH just sent me.
