65 "Y2k Warning Signs": Because of the potentially grave consequences, we need to have some way to assess this problem. I believe the following events are signals that the Y2K crisis is evolving and becoming severe. Take these signs like you might take the signs of winter. Just because a tree has no leaves, or it is cold one day, does not mean that it is winter.
