Borzou, the nature of warfare has undoubtedly changed. The nature of what motivates and drives people has not. In your previous post you seemed to describe that breaking the principles of trust and honesty have no negative effect. What I attempted to do was describe that it already has had a negative effect on the military, and will continue to have one on the country. This isn't about the difference between policies. (For instance with your example of Reagan). This is about differences in core principles. There's a big difference.

The same holds true in business as it does in the military. When leadership lies, or is distrustful it has a negative effect on the work force and profits. The same double standards people despise from their immediate supervisors, are the same double standards people despise from senior leaders. To not have these feelings is to place those people, (President Clinton) in a position of King. We are not an autocracy, the laws are the laws for all. It's as simple as that.

That's the main reason why Clinton's lawyers are still lying and saying that he never perjured himself. Although anyone with half a brain knows that he did.
