Mr. ToySoldier,

<<The DOJ is taking MSFT to court for PAST WRONG DOINGS!!!!! This has absolutely nothing to do with current events Ed. Why do you and so many other Pro-MSFTer find this concept so hard to grasp?
>>

ToySoldier you are 100% wrong again, as usual. It has everything to do with the penalty phase of the trial. In addition, it does proves a major point of Microsoft trial and proves the DOJ's point 100% completely wrong.

It proves that MSFT past practices has not damage Netscape like the DOJ is trying to prove and it proves that MSFT's point that the technology industry is changing faster than can be legislated.

Milton Friedman noble economist has said last week, that gov't anti-monopoly laws have hurt the consumers more than it has help. He stated, using a study, that gov't anti-monoploy laws should be repealed and no longer are effective. One of his major points was the business scene changes faster than gov't can keep up with it. AOL/Netscape deal proves him right.

Thank goodness that no one takes you seriously or listens to you as evident by current MSFT price.

Thank you

JK

So, what are the wrong doings ? The deal of NSCP + AOL + SUNW proved that

Good point, Toy. The problem becomes what to do as a remedy. These M&As are showing that MSFT's alleged wrong-doings did not have the effect claimed and the various remediation options are becoming difficult to implement.
