Western Cable show and IATV. Below is the link to the website for the Western cable show I have been mentioning. Look at the list of companies who will be there. Just about everyone in the industry, including IATV (The company is ACTV Inc.) . ALso look at the topics to be discussed; many topics on Digital TV and interactive media. Perfect for IATV. Look for news this week on the rollout of their product. And we all know what happens when an internet company releases exciting news. Very verbose post: Please feel free to click on by! Hoffy, with IATV, the technology allows for interactive commercials, where the person can click on button and order what is being shown in ad? It was my impression their technology allows for this, in this madness, its hard to fully research companies, I am used to spending weeks before committing signicant funds, day trading is not the thing I do great at, I bought IATV because of the technology, the interactive cabilities. Sun is involved with them, and of course General Instruments, whose goal would be to sell a ton of those set top boxes. The cable guys are not going to roll over and play dead in this interactive, multimedia market. The interactive market could be big in education, where IATV is already positioned. It actually could be a way that families could participate in this revolution, rather than just sticking the kids in front of the tube, the whole interactive market seems to me to be one of the next moves. Its mindboggling, could be students from all over the world in a virtual classroom. Or maybe this already exists and I am behind the loop. Are there programs already that allow students to make the computer their piano keyboard and can interact with a DVD on their computer, creating various music from different soundbytes, etc? Our technology revolution I hope genuninely benefits many, not to just line our pocketbooks from stock trading. Here is another example, there are music therapies, (it has been proven that sound heals, the various tones impact us on a body level), that some of the world reknown artists could interact with the public, playing their music to a virtual audience of millions, with some level of interactivity, or just concerts on line, where we could interact with the other people listening. Astrologically, we are going through major change. Two major planets are in Aquarius, Neptune just moved in yesterday for a thirteen year period. Its all about the group, and technological revolution, big technological revolution and spiritual revolution. I think the companies in the coming years that will really succeed will be those that use this created infrastructure to bring forth creative, mind expanding, educationally revolutionary through the use of technology, etc. It should all be very interesting to observe in our lifetimes.
