Notice that Cendant provides the DNS service. That means they are hosting E4L. The VCALL will be important. NM CEO needs to clarify how NM makes money from this deal.

The name Everything4less is indeed NM's property. As you can see from TECHNICAL CONTACT, ZONE CONTACT: CUC is the administrator. CUC is part of Cendant who owns Netmarket. NM is doing nothing else than marketing CD's Netmarket.
I agree it is confusing, but this is how it is.
