A sell of 200K is not a big deal.

And I have seen the DJ newswire that says "According to Federal Filings Business News" that the CEO filed to sell. What I don't understand is why the 144 is not on any of the sites that specialize in real time notification of 144 filings. The article states that the shares were to be sold on Nov 20, 23, or 24. How can he release a 144 after the fact of the sale? I have never seen this happen before. Can someone refer me to an SEC regulation that permits this? My understanding was that the 144 is to be posted *before* the sale so that the public is warned in advance.
