A tax relief bill would be welcome, but with Clinton stregnthened in the recent election, don't think its too likely. Remember public consumption rhetoric this fall about earmarking "the surplus" (aka accounting gimick) for "saving Soc. Sec." while getting thru billions for his social programs under the guise of "emergancy spending" in the recent budget faux paux. I'm sure not counting on it
