Where is the 144, Anaxagoras? We have one source (Federal Filings Business News) reporting this and DJ and newstrader.com repeating it. But there is no 144 on real time SEC sites? How come?

Yeah, well....you are making a case on 200,000 shares just after a 3 1/2 day week, with the last 1 1/2 days being very, very low overall market volume, during which, despite that, EGGS volume for the week was 67.5 million shares.
