Every time I go to CompUSA I am reminded why on all my previous visits I swore I would never shop there again. While my complaints are numerous here are the highlights.

1) No prices on hardware or software (I was told that one of the harried and inept sales associates would be glad to scan it for you-if you had all fricking day to wait)

2) No one checks out without a major problem requiring the intervention of a manager to clear up.

3) Harried and inept sales associates/kids as mentioned in #1.

What that article stated was similar to the thoughts expressed on this thread for the last year . Too bad our Intel friends can't see the light and leave the
