If it's like other industry trade shows in the last year, attendance will be low. Anaxagoras, it looks like you've sure been reading a lot of stuff on this co. BTW, re. RTP, the competitors are Applied and AG Associates, although the latter co. has taken a severe whipping by Applied. Just as soon as Applied came out with its product, it got Intel's account, AG's stock plunged, and it's been all downhill since then. In strip, Mattson competes with other small players. In CVD and RTP it competes with Applied. It claims to have the advantage of selling its products for less, or for less COO, than competitors. But as a risk factor, it's probably worth knowing that AG Associates RTP product also sold or alot less.
