And most of all, the people don't want the government peeking into their bedrooms...

We may actually agree on something here. People want the government to do nothing.

Spending continues unabated whether government does anything or not.

Sanity thread people: Today I received a very mean private message from Bill Vaughn. Hard to believe I know.... Bill Vaughn being the kind individual we all know him to be. He snapped, snapped I tell you - witness the following snippets:

Bill>>>You could have remedied the who me situation better if you had chosen to.

Now that is just plain mean!

Bill>>>Your excuse for leaving the sanity thread was weak

Even meaner! Ouch!

Bill>>> It also leads to suspicions that could be completely unfounded. This is only my opinion and something you probably don't want to hear.

Yet more meanness! Mean Mean Mean Mean Mean!

Bill>>>I suspect you have done a lot of abandoning in your life.

Whoa! You republican meanie you! A Democrat would never even THINK such a mean thing!

But then I thought, "you know, something must be wrong with poor Bill, no one can possibly be this mean, can they - even a REPUBLICAN???" And then, I discovered it - it was on the web all along, here it is:

Atomic Veteran: Bill Vaughn, Operation Dominic 1

My health in 1998 is still excellent at age 80 so the exposure did no harm!

Sincerely,
Bill Vaughn

Poor Bill, he THINKS the exposure did no harm. For one thing, he claims to be around 40 when he is in fact 80. Senility no doubt induced from the blast.

Bill Vaughn, you are truly a hero. And, you were kind of cute in 1962. Too bad that was before I was born. But anyway, we all understand now why you are the way you are.
