Mike,

The post was not an attempt to compare one company vs. another company in the DM. The post was made with the intent of acknowledging that nearly every DM company -- despite its size/market/value had experienced revenue losses in the same quarter over quarter. In no way does ALTS compete (at least presently) on the same levels as those mentioned.

My post was meant to note that: All other things being equal (i.e., product cycles, etc...), that ALTS was not operating entirely in a vacuum (nor is any other DM company) and that the very unique/particular set of circumstances that ALTS has found itslf in (no live product) still did not eliminate the forces that exist in the general DM marketplace. A vast majority of companies experienced reduced revs in Q3/98 due to broader/non-company specific (economic)reasons.
