Let me see if I understand...if it is complicated the customer doesn't need to read it. Bullshit. You had/Have a legal obligation to provide this information at the onset of accepting an account from me or any other person. It is not up to you to decide what is and is not complicated, appropriate, difficult to understand, small print, bird crap on the paper....you name it. Would you like me to decide when, if and how much anesthesia you get if you need your tonsils out? Where in hell do you get off with-holding this information from clients who are told "your margin report is your Bible" but those same people can't tell you how to read it. ANd won't tell you where to find the answer. By now you know I'm pissed with X...even though I think you are the last person I would want to rely on for support with my income producing assets, why would I not go directly to TNT and skip X all together?
