"According to the YAHOO message boards" doesn't necessarily make it so.

Up till now, insiders had been buying BAMM. But, anyway selling means little as AMZN insiders have been selling all along and AMZN has been going up big time.

They are not in it for charity you know.

Anthony:

Insiders often sell when the price goes up and if they need money, they are not in it for fun you know. Besides they usually have options to buy more shares at a cheaper prices and part of their compensation could be paid in options. Also do note insider sales are meaningless without comparing it to their total holdings,ie what % are they selling etc.

So insider sales by itself is not a good measure of anything, that is all I am saying.
