CD owns NetMarket; everything4less is a "portal" to NetMarket. A joint venture of sorts, is how it appears to me. CD has not been very good about publicizing its "net assets". The good side of this is that there are people buying based on the potential of the net assets, and betting that it is an undiscovered part of CD. This should give us some support and rise while people pick up the stock. When word gets out that CD has a BOOK STORE (oh my gosh!) with the best possible piece of web real estate (books.com) and a regular e-commerce site, NetMarket then, hopefully, we will see some "irrational exuberance". Regarding our float...who cares! Look at our market cap compared to AMZN...look at our *earnings*...look at everything else we own.
