"VSE bottomed out in Mid October of 1998 we are heading into UNCHARTED TERRITORY." The VSE has not bottomed yet, nor has GOLD, the DOW, interest rates, or many of the stocks you mentioned. "Right now, the best money making opportunity lies in Canadian mining penny stocks due to a few weeks ago, in the northern american finance system a major turn has established." That's bad advice anytime of the year. The US financial system has not turned, but is only fluctuating between low value and high value. Growth is the KEY here, and deflation can't become inflation overnight but will stimulate growth as M2 gets pumped. This why the OEX calls are worthwhile, but did you really buy them? Commodity deflation is still rampant, and is likely to continue UNTIL inflation creeps in. But with Greenspan at the helm, inflation may not appear. Soon the VSE index will start it's next downtrend.
