I've criticized the company, Jon. In fact, it was through these criticisms that the contact with Pat Hayton was established. I've agreed with some of Terry's efforts to obtain more information; I've always held the opinion that I'd prefer Zulu to get to Nasdaq on its own, but was open-minded to the concept it could leap-frog onto Nasdaq via ESVS.

You see, you've got to remember that I invested into the business concept in the belief that the pieces of the puzzle would ultimately fit together. In no was was I expecting all of the stumbling blocks. But I'm as determined as anyone, and I would expect the company--in the belief of its own business plan--to get past the stumbling blocks as they appear.

Do you really think, after purchasing echoMEDIA and Softbank Interactive Marketing, that the proponents of this business plan expected the stumbling blocks to which they've encountered? I don't think so. So I'm supportive of efforts to get past them.

Mistakes? Oh, there've been many. Could I have done better? Could you have done better? I don't know. But I've met the man who is trying very hard to pull this together. And I just don't happen to see him as some of you do. You see, I have a greater respect in the sincerity of this thing coming together than many of you do. Thus, you can judge my own actions accordingly.

So anger? Of course I'm angered by continuous, often seemingly needless and ferocious bashing which takes place. But there's nothing I can do about this, except to challenge where applicable and offer alternative possibilities, particularly when everything is so confusing nothing certain is known.

I hope Hayton is vested so heavily in ESVS that he goes down with it.

The ex-simmers are probably what got the stock kicked off nasdaq. By filing the lawsuit they put zulu in a position that it could not be used to show assets.

A (allegated) fraud riddled company has no place on a listed exchange. Until it is disproven they should not be allowed to even touch the nasdaq board.

kudo's to the ex-simmers.

Yes I hold zulu stock. I also hold a lot of other things that make me want to wash my hands afterward. Guess.
