Pull your head out of the sand and look at the case with some objectivity. <<This case is about past wrong doings and what the Government should do to stop MSFT from violating Anti-trust laws to hurt other up-starts in the computer industry - if and when they win the case against MSFT.>> Since the case was brought against the browser and found MSFT not to be in violation of any law, appeals court decision, the DOJ has to expand their case on all fronts to try to get a conviction.
